Service Description

This class is for anyone, ages 6-14 wanting to perfect their acro/tumbling skills. Knowledge of basic gymnastics skills is recommended, however as long as you have the body awareness/strength to do the 4 required skills listed below you may try the class. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS NEEDED TO JOIN THIS CLASS: Cartwheel Back bridge Forward roll Kick up to handstand EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT THINGS/SKILLS YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR CHILD TO WORK ON DURING THIS CLASS: Stretching (warm-up) Cartwheels/round offs Aerials Headstands/arm holds Handstands Handstand walks/roll-outs Back and front walkovers (variations) Back handsprings Front handsprings Handspring variations Back tucks Punch fronts Trampoline work Obstacle courses Conditioning exercises Floorwork/tricks EQUIPMENT USED: Trampoline Rope Airtracks Tumbling mats Incline mat Landing pad Beam Kip bar Different obstacle course items If there are any specific skills you are wanting your child to work on, please let me know...As I try to tailor my class to each individual's skill level. CLASS ATTIRE: Any tight fitted gymnastics/athletic wear. T-shirts are fine as long as they have something under them, so nothing is exposed when they're upside down (no midriffs please). Barefoot or trampoline shoes (no socks or tennis shoes). Please make sure feet are clean. Examples: Gym leo/athletic shorts Tight tank top/athletic leggings CLASS CANCELLATIONS: This class is held outside, however I do have covered areas we can move under if it rains. If there is heavy rain/storm, class may have to be cancelled. If that is the case, you will be notified and refunded/prorated for that class. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Drop-in rate of $15 per class OR Monthly tuition of $50/Month ($10 Savings) *If for any reason class is cancelled or we are on a break, your tuition will be prorated. LOCATION: 5719 Erne Ave Ewa Beach, HI 96706 (Located in Kapilina Beach Homes) *Will be held outside in grassy area UPON ARRIVAL: This is in a gated community, if you do not live in Kapilina you will need to use the left visitor gate entrance. They will ask where you are headed, you may give them my address 5719 Erne Ave, or you can just say you are headed to the beach. Heads up they do check for current car tabs upon entry.
